Below you will find our current payment and refund / replacement policy. Please read it carefully as this is the official policy in force at the present time. The policy listed below supersedes any other written document you may have received prior to today's date, May 12, 2010. If you have any questions or comments about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. Should you not be satisfied with your order upon receiving it, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you.
 


~ Shipping: orders will be shipped once your payment has been received. Because some products are hand made or are special orders please allow from 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. We try our hardest to get our customers their orders ASAP however some instances do not allow us to do so. We will email you the status of your order upon receiving your order request.

~ Exchanges: will only be made on like products and providing the origional item purchased is not damaged/ used and still in orginally packaging. ~

~ Refunds: only for non-damaged/non-used items. You have 5 business days (Monday - Friday) to return any items. Any items returned after 5days will be subject to a restocking fee of $5.00.
Items returned after:
6-15 business days: $15.00
15- 30 business days: will absolutly not be refunded. If you elect to still return your order then your credit card used in the origional purchase will be charged a $25.00 restocking fee.


Gown Return/ Exchange policy

Due to the special nature of our gowns, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstance. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. When in doubt CONTACT US. If you place an order and change your mind, you must cancel within 2 business days and your return or exchange will be accommodated.

The only returns or exchanges on any merchandise is that it has not been altered and have not been worn. Custom made items may not be returned or exchanged NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return or Exchange procedures:

1. Contact us within 2 business days from the time you've received your item and notify us that you would like to return or exchange it.

2. You MUST contact us before return your item so that we may provide you with the proper return address. Any item returned without following our procedures will not be accommodated. You WILL NOT receive a refund or exchange if you do not follow these procedures.

3. The item must be in brand-new and unworn condition.

4. Secure yourself, put tracking etc. on your shipment as we are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

5. We must receive the item within 20 days after we provide you with the return address. If the gown is not received within the 20 days no credit or exchange will be given.

6. Once your item is received and inspected to be sure its as been received in the same condition it was sent to you, and confirmed that it has arrived within the 20 days of return address being provided, we will the issue full refund or exchange the item for you. However, shipping costs ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

7. For exchanged items, a re-delivery cost will apply (unless otherwise noted).

Manufacture defect...
All products are carefully wrapped with care to ensure a safe delivery to our customers. In the rare event that your order has been damaged, you should contact us upon receiving your item. If you contact us one day after receiving the item we cannot accomidate you (unless you receive the item after our office is closed 5:00 PM CST).
~ Please understand that we do all that we can to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase as to avoid any returns. When ordering please be sure that you are selecting the product of choice.

~ Orders by Internet, e-mail or postal mail, payment MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO YOU.

~ If you are dissatisfied with the level of support you are receiving from us after purchasing one of our support packages, please contact us with your concerns so that we can address this issue immediately. We value you as a client and strive for your satisfaction.
