History
Es Amor Servicios Cristianos was founded by Ari A. Flores in 2007. Ari had a vision of her ministry providing apparel, food baskets, hygiene products and more to its clients. She began purchasing products from local stores such as Wal - Mart, Meijers, and etc. to distribute to those in need. She even started selling Avon so that she could buy bulk beauty products to give to the needy.
In January of 2010 Ari and her family relocated to Houston, TX as God had instructed. She discussed the idea with her sister, Afani LeSure, board member of Es Amor Servicios Cristianos to start a girls boutique. This boutique would be like no other because it would generate income to put back into the ministry. It was her desire to provide everyday products to the general public while that would generate revenue to feed homeless individuals and families.
Afani's personal desire was to start her very own shoe boutique. The two decided to join forces and take baby steps toward their dreams and they created Cha - Cha Designs. They would start with jewelry for little girls and go from there. Afani provided Ari with the retail insight that brings you these lovely hip products and the marketing layout that she lacked to get her vision going. Ari brought her Management and Administrative abilities to the table and together they created a one of a kind flea market/online boutique.
The two knew this was something they had to do together because without each other it wouldn't be successful. So in April 2010 the ministry became, Es Amor Servicios Cristianos DBA Cha - Cha Designs.
Since its opening day at the Traders Village Flea Market, the inventory of Cha - Cha Designs has grown tremendously. Ari and Afani decided that the Traders Village location would become a seasonal location and they begain seeking a permanent retail location. Until then the boutique will remain online.
The dynamic duo is ready to take their boutique to the top. Providing you with a vast selection of products to make sure you will only want to shop here time and time again.
Many ask where the name came from... Ari's daughter has referred to her dresses as "Cha - Cha's" since she was 1- months old. While getting Amada dressed for church one morning, Ari placed a beautiful flower printed dress on her daughter. Amada then bent her knees, twisted her hips and said "Cha Cha Cha! I pretty!" Since then Amada always referes to any dress as her "Cha - Cha." And when she puts on her Cha - Cha she knows she looks good!
It is our desire to make sure that every princess (no matter the age, size, or color) has the opportunity to put on her “Cha - Cha" and know that she is beautiful!!! ~ Ari A. Flores, President
